Onboarding
If you are undecided if DPC is for you, feel free to schedule a 10 minute virtual call with one of our providers or staff, so we can discuss it with you further. After the onboarding process, LFW is committed to assisting you through the process.
Whats next?
After the onboarding process, Our staff will reach out to you a minimum of once per year to schedule your annual wellness visit. You now have access to unrestricted care, so when you have questions or concerns, you can call, text or email your provider.
