New Member Enrollment Process
Initial appointments are comprehensive wellness visits and are not scheduled on the same day as enrollment.
Submitting an enrollment request does not automatically establish membership. After we receive your enrollment request, our team will review your information and contact you to discuss your healthcare needs and answer any questions. This conversation helps us determine whether our Direct Primary Care model is the right fit for your healthcare goals and whether we can best meet your needs.
If we determine that our practice is a good fit, we will approve your membership, activate your enrollment, and schedule your initial wellness visit. You will not be charged until your membership has been approved and activated.
If we believe another practice or level of care would better serve your needs, we will let you know and, when possible, help guide you toward a more appropriate option.
